1985

Started commercial production in 1985 with sheet metal and tubular components for the HERO HONDA  Plant in Dharuhera.

Installed a fully Automatic & Computerized Tri-Ncikle Chrome Planting Plant.

1986

Went public with more than 7500 share holders.

1988

Established its second unit- Automax in Gurgaon.

Broadened customer base to Escorts Ltd. Maruti  Udyog Ltd. And its joint ventures.

1989

Further diversified its customer base by roping in Carrier Aircon Ltd, in Air Conditioning  components.

1990

The capacity of the Tri-Nickle-Chrome Planting Plant was increased by 50%.

1992

Took up a major expansion programme for manufacturing of body frames for Hero Honda Motors Ltd.

1993

Roped in TVS Suzuki Ltd., Lucas Tvs Ltd. And T.I. Diamond Chain Ltd.

1995

Expanded its second unit on the land measuring 9000 sq. mtr, adjacent to its existing unit, Automax, in Gurgaon.

1997

Bagged ISO 9002 certificate from TUV of Germany.

1998

The group undertook Business Process re-engineering in its ongoing endeavour to achieve excellence.

1999

Established its third unit - SPEEDOMAX in Sidhrawali, Gurgaon (Haryana).

Tied  up business relationship with Honda-Siel Cars India Ltd and New Holland Tractors Ltd. for supply of body and AXLE-parts.

2000

Set up the ultra modern Paint shop with latest technology from ABB.

Additional capacity of 2 million DM square area of Electro Plating Plant was installed.

2001

Installed 3D CMM Machines.

A new phase of Kaizen activity - Various training & HR activities started in all the Plants.

2002

Established its Fourth Plant at IMT Manesar, (Haryana) with a capital outlay of Rs. 200 million equipped with modern tool room, R & D centre with state-of - the -art machinery.

2003

Established its Fifth Plant - SPROCKET DIVISION in Dharuhera (Haryana).

Bagged ISO/TS-16949, ISO-14001 & OHSAS - 18001 certification from UL India for all the Plants.

2004

Established its Sixth Plant at Bangalore (Karnataka) having machining & sheet metal manufacturing facilities.

Established  its Seventh Plant- INDITAL at Dharuhera (Haryana).

Started Exports to North America and Europe with clients such as Delphi, Tenneco, Cummins, Piaggio etc.

2005

Established its Eight Plant at Binola (Gurgoan) for catering to export clients.

TPM Activities initiated in all the Plants.

Started Exported Exports to IKEA, Sweden.

SAP  rolled out in all 8 Plants across India.

2008

Groups foray into commercial vehicle segment –chassis project  for TATA MOTORS

Group entered into real estate segment

Group signed a Joint Venture Agreement with COC (China Oghiara Corporation), Taiwan for upgradation of existing Tooling Business.
