Personal development of our employees is crucial and one of the most important ways we can support their development is through regular feedback. Alongside our Performance Management approach, we use our individual Development Dialogue as well as strong Feedback to strengthen OMAX’s feedback culture and the development of our employees.

The Development Dialogue encourages managers to take responsibility for their employees’ development, while empowering employees to drive their own professional growth. During this dialogue, employees discuss their strengths, development needs, and career aspirations with their direct supervisor in order to agree on a personal development plan.

At OMAX, we believe in giving our people the right exposure by introducing them to best practices. We give adequate training to our Graduate Engineers through real experience via plant visits, interacting with Industry thought leaders and encouraging them to be a part of industry conferences.

We have tie ups with various reputed institution and Universities across India. We have recently associated ourselves with IIT, Delhi for competency building through courses and seminars for our engineers.

In order to create a bridge between theory and application, we impart a 9-month GET program conducted in-hose at the BML University where our fresh graduates get a chance to learn the practical aspects.
